Dear Sir,

It was our absolute good fortune to meet Steve and Fran Newman in your Yamba display centre.  Their relaxed approach afforded us the opportunity to feel welcome, together with their ability to qualitfy our needs and produce a plan, which provided us with the design we utimately built.

Throughout the preliminary stages, step by step until the commencement of our house, their attention to detail was thorough.  Our confidence in your company through their representation, grew to the point where we had no doubts about proceeding to a contract.

Upon meeting Geoff Marshall on site, an immediate rapport was established, that was continued throughout the constrution of our house.  During the whole building time, the tradesman were co-ordinated so effectively, at times with inclement weather hampering progress, to a stage where at handover we were completely satisfied.  Again during the construction period, when a problem occured, resolution of these issues were conducted in a calm and efficient manner.  This galvanised our working relationship and further, enhanced our confidence in your organisations ability to provide peace of mind to us when challenges occurred.

The team, from Steve and Fran in sales, through to administration in the office, the sub-contractors and your supervisor Geoff, are, for their ability to handle the small staff, allowed the big things fall into place - be highly recommmended.

With the pride we have in now owning and residing in our new Perry Home, we sincerely thank you and your staff for doing it so well, in building us this fine home.

I found that building my Perry Home a very joyful experience no stress walked into a Beautiful finished home and found the Perry Home team to be very helpful nothing was a problem.  I would deal with them again if I decide to ever build again.  Thank you guys I love my home.
